Welcome to MIRA Lash Studios!

By booking an appointment or making a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These policies are thoughtfully designed to protect your time, our artist's schedule, and to ensure the best possible experience for all our guests.

1. Appointment & Bookings

All services must be booked through our official booking platform. A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your appointment, which will be applied to your total on the day of service. The remaining balance is due at the end of your session.

2. Late Arrivals

We extend a 15-minute courtesy window for late arrivals. Beyond thus grace period, a P500 late fee per hour will apply. If your arrival significantly affects the next scheduled client, your appointment may be forfeited and marked as a no-show. In this case, your 50% reservation fee will also be forfeited.

3. Cancellations & No-shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your reservation fee. Clients who do not arrive and fail to notify us will be charged the full service amount.

4. Guest Responsibilities

To ensure a seamless and comfortable experience:

Arrive on time with clean, makeup-free lashes. Skincare is allowed, but avoid oil-based products around the eyes.
Avoid caffeine at least 2-3 hours before your appointment to prevent eye twitching.
If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before your appointment.
Do not curl your lashes at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Inform us in advance of any sensitivities, medical concerns, or recent cosmetic treatments.
As our studio is an intimate space, we can only accommodate one companion per guest. We kindly ask that you limit additional guests to maintain a peaceful and professional atmosphere.

5. Health & Safety

We maintain strict sanitation protocols for the safety and wellbeing of all clients. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, and written materials on this website are the exclusive property of MIRA Lash Studios and Janny Miranda. Reproduction or use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept private and secure. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
